So after my first application video was rejected because it didn't "meet the criteria", I decided to try it again! Thank you to all my friends who helped suggest ways to improve it! My new version has me talking on it (which probably was the reason why), and for the most part the text doesn't cover my face!
I resubmitted my video application for the "Best Job in the World" on Friday. (www.islandreefjob.com) And I realize there are THOUSANDS of people who applied for this job. But hey- now I can say at least I tried for it!! And I'll feel better about it being rejected this time- knowing at least it was in the running! I didn't like being disqualified before I even had a chance to be rejected!! ;)
